Infrared

If shooting in Black and White provides a level of abstraction, then shooting in Infrared takes it to another level. Skies and water take on a dark appearance whilst foliage glows bright white. Suited to bright and sunny conditions, shooting in Infrared can provide a viable solution to shooting in the summer months where the harsh light isn’t necessarily conducive to landscape photography.

The below gallery of images includes a mixture of digital IR Photography, and analogue film photography using Rollei IR400 Infrared film.
